The Coyotes Skating Club of Arizona's Junior Board meets on a monthly basis at the Ice Den to plan and organize events (on and off the ice) for club members to get to know each other in a recreational atmosphere. At selected times, these events also include community service projects. Club sessions are free to members; there is a nominal charge for guests.

Club members from age 10 through high school seniors are encouraged to attend Junior Board meetings and help plan club sessions.

In addition, the Junior Board annually sponsors the CSCA Junior Board Award at Cactus Classic. This award is adjudicated by Junior Board members and awarded for the most artistic Free Skating performance at the Pre-Preliminary level. A perpetual trophy is on display in the lobby of the Ice Den; the recipient is presented with a smaller version.

The Junior Board conducts fundraisers to support their activities.
Donations of new and gently loved stuffed animals are welcomed.
